Shipping fee: ₹39 handling fee
Delivery time: 3–5 business days

2. HOW YOUR ORDER WORKS
Step 1 — Place your order
Add your CLEANX™ products to cart and complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation on your email and WhatsApp immediately.
Step 2 — Order processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are packed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the next business day. We do not process orders on Sundays and public holidays.
Step 3 — Shipped and tracked
Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. Track your order in real time through our courier partner's website.
Step 4 — Delivered to your door
Your order arrives within 3–5 business days of dispatch.

Tier 2 cities (Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Kochi and more)

Tier 3 and remote areas

North East India and J&K
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
Note: Some remote pin codes may not be serviceable. If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you within 24 hours to arrange an alternative or process a full refund.
4. CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY
COD handling fee: ₹39 per order
Maximum COD order value: ₹5,000
Payment accepted: Cash only at time of delivery
Availability: All serviceable pin codes across India
Important: Once a COD order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled. Please confirm your order before placing.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link via:
• Email — sent to the address used at checkout
• WhatsApp — sent to your mobile number
• Shopify order page — log in to cleanxshop.com to view live status
Note: It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to go live after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours please contact us on WhatsApp.
6. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes are only possible before the order is dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to update your address.
What if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts the order will be returned to us.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently we only ship within India. International shipping is coming soon.
My order shows delivered but I have not received it — what do I do?
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order number. Please also check with neighbours and your building security as couriers sometimes leave parcels with them.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched cancellation is not possible.
